Gold Mining e Locações LTDA, Brazilian CNPJ 43.364.729/0001-50, is responsible for this website’s data. Contact support@goldmining.co about privacy, access, correction or deletion. This contact does not itself appoint an external data protection officer.
Data and purposes
For contact requests we process your name, email, telephone/WhatsApp, message, topic, language, source page, date and permission to respond. Permission to respond is not an automatic advertising subscription. Do not send passwords, identity documents or card details through the contact form.
Hosting and security may generate technical records of IP address, browser, times and errors. Session, cart, order and referral information support the function or transaction you request, not advertising profiles. Card information is entered in the payment provider’s environment.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary functions may use cookies or local storage for sessions, authentication, cart, language and a supplied referral. gm_privacy_preferences_v1 stores only the version, date and external-media choice for up to 180 days. If storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current visit.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising and behavioural analytics are not enabled in this version. No permission is requested for unconfigured trackers.
YouTube videos remain blocked until you allow external media. Allowing videos connects your browser to YouTube, which may receive your IP and technical information under its own policies. youtube-nocookie does not eliminate third-party processing. External links to social networks, WhatsApp and YouTube are subject to those services’ policies.
Open “Cookie preferences” in the footer to allow, refuse or withdraw external-media permission. Refusing does not prevent reading or contacting us. Withdrawal stops embedded videos from loading but does not erase data a third party already received. Analytics and advertising remain disabled even if videos are allowed.
Sharing, retention and security
Necessary providers, including Hostinger for hosting and providers supporting your requested operation, may process data. Payment providers such as Mercado Pago disclose their own terms at checkout. Selling data is not a declared purpose of this website.
Retention depends on the purpose, legal duties, security and defence of rights. The 180-day preference period is not automatically the retention period for messages or orders. Ask the privacy contact about your records and deletion; information subject to legal retention is not automatically deleted.
We use access controls and HTTPS; no system guarantees absolute security. Providers’ infrastructure may involve processing in other countries. Ask the privacy contact about sharing and international transfers.
Rights and legal grounds
You can request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, objection, withdrawal, anonymisation or deletion when applicable. Proportionate identity checks may be needed. Requests are assessed under applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD.
Processing may rely on specific consent, steps you request and contract performance, legal duties, or a duly assessed legitimate interest in security and operation. Reading this policy is not consent to advertising. The website does not intentionally request children’s data; contact us if a child’s data was submitted improperly.
